Glendale Auto Spa
By scheduling or receiving services from Glendale Auto Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure transparency, fairness, and a high standard of service for all customers.
1. Pricing & Estimates
All prices provided prior to your appointment are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle upon inspection. Factors such as excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, neglect, or other conditions requiring additional time and labor may result in an increased final cost.
Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We reserve the right to refuse release of the vehicle until payment has been received. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Deposits may be required for certain services (such as paint correction or ceramic coating) and may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.
3. All Sales Are Final
All detailing services are final sale. Due to the nature of the work and the time, labor, and materials involved, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or service credits once a service has been completed.
4. Customer Inspection & Satisfaction
Customers are required to inspect their vehicle at the time of pickup. This allows any concerns or touch-ups to be addressed immediately.
Once the vehicle leaves our possession, the service is considered accepted and completed, and no further adjustments or refunds will be provided.
5. Service Limitations & Expectations
While we strive to deliver the best possible results, detailing does not guarantee perfection. Some imperfections may be permanent or not fully correctable, including but not limited to:

Deep scratches or paint damage

Permanent stains or discoloration

Worn, cracked, or damaged interior materials

Clear coat failure or severe oxidation
Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and prior care of the vehicle.
6. Weather & Environmental Conditions
Glendale Auto Spa is not responsible for any environmental factors that may affect your vehicle after service completion, including rain, dust, pollen, wind, or road conditions. No refunds or re-services will be provided due to weather-related circumstances.
7. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. While we take care when working around items, Glendale Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal property left inside the vehicle.
8. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Customers must disclose any known issues with their vehicle that may affect the detailing process, including sensitive surfaces, aftermarket modifications, or prior damage. Glendale Auto Spa is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that may become more visible during cleaning or correction.
9. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and professional service, Glendale Auto Spa is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to the vehicle

Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing

Damage resulting from undisclosed conditions

Normal wear and tear revealed during the detailing process
10. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide notice or failure to show up may result in forfeiture of any deposit and/or refusal of future service.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Glendale Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, excessively unsanitary, or beyond the scope of our services.

By booking or receiving services from Glendale Auto Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
