Because detailing is a labor-intensive, customized service that varies by vehicle condition, we have established the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.
All Sales Are Final
All services provided by Glendale Auto Spa are considered final sale once completed. Due to the time, labor, products, and materials involved in each detail, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or service credits after the work has been performed. Each vehicle is unique, and results are based on its condition at the time of service, which is why all purchases are non-refundable.
Customer Inspection Required
We require every customer to inspect their vehicle thoroughly at the time of pickup before leaving the premises. This step ensures that you have the opportunity to review the results, ask questions, and confirm that the service meets your expectations.
If you notice any areas of concern, missed spots, or have specific requests, they must be brought to our attention immediately during pickup so we can address them on the spot. We are committed to making reasonable touch-ups when notified at that time.
Once the vehicle has been picked up and leaves our care, the service is considered fully accepted and completed, and no refunds, re-dos, or adjustments will be provided after departure.
No Refunds Due to Weather
Glendale Auto Spa is not responsible for any environmental or weather-related conditions that may affect your vehicle after the service has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, rain, wind, dust, pollen, road debris, or other natural elements that can impact the cleanliness or appearance of your vehicle.
Because these conditions are outside of our control, no refunds, discounts, or re-services will be issued due to weather or environmental exposure after your appointment has concluded. We recommend monitoring the weather forecast and planning your appointment accordingly for the best results.
Pricing & Service Condition Policy – Glendale Auto Spa
At Glendale Auto Spa, all service prices provided prior to your appointment are considered estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. Because every vehicle varies in cleanliness, wear, and overall condition, final pricing may change once the vehicle is physically inspected in person.
Estimates Are Subject to Change
Quoted prices—whether provided online, by phone, or in person—are starting estimates only. These estimates are based on vehicles in average condition and do not account for excessive buildup, neglect, or specialty situations. Final pricing will be confirmed after a full visual inspection at the time of your appointment.
Vehicle Condition Impacts Pricing
Additional charges may apply if the vehicle requires extra time, labor, tools, or specialized treatment beyond a standard detail. This includes, but is not limited to:

Excessive trash, clutter, or personal belongings requiring removal

Heavy or embedded pet hair in carpets, seats, or trunk areas

Severe stains from food, drinks, grease, ink, or unknown substances

Strong or persistent odors (smoke, pet, mildew, etc.) requiring treatment

Excessive dirt, mud, sand, or debris buildup

Spills that have soaked into upholstery or carpeting

Mold, mildew, or biohazard-related contamination

Bodily fluids (vomit, urine, etc.) requiring specialized cleaning

Excessive bugs, tar, or sap on exterior surfaces

Neglected paint requiring additional decontamination time

Oxidation, heavy water spots, or hard mineral buildup

Overspray, tree sap, or environmental fallout removal

Vehicles that have not been cleaned for extended periods

Large vehicles or vehicles with complex interiors (third rows, tight crevices, etc.)

Aftermarket modifications that require extra care or time

Excessive brake dust or heavily soiled wheels and wheel wells

Sand or debris from beach or off-road use

Interior surfaces with heavy buildup of oils, residue, or grime
These conditions can significantly increase the time and effort required to properly complete the service and may result in an adjusted final price.
Approval Before Additional Charges
If your vehicle requires additional work beyond the original estimate, we will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding. No additional charges will be applied without your knowledge and approval.
